How many of you have palettes upon palettes in your makeup arsenal? How many of them to do you actually use? Stephanie and I both LOVE makeup. Me, the fun of it, and her, the art. Really, it's like toys for adults, and I could honestly play for hours.

For our tenth weekly collaborative post, The Friday Post, we decided to pick a palette we both have and create a week's worth of looks with it. I personally happened to love this creative prompt as it forced me to use what I have and think outside the box a bit. Nothing irks me more than having products I don't use on a weekly basis. Using a palette exclusively for a week really forced me into getting to know this particular palette.

Oh, how people that don't get makeup must read that there paragraph... Yes, we're crazy, and we're proud. (insert that one Sponge Bob episode).

Today, it's all about the Carli Bybel Palette palette from BH Cosmetics in collaboration with the popular YouTuber, Carli Bybel. This 12 shadow, 4 highlighter palette retails for $12.50 exclusively on the BH Cosmetics website. It's Vegan, Cruelty free and free of harmful parabens. In the world of beauty, those are big ticket finds now a days. Confession, this was my first ever BH Cosmetics purchase. No, I was not one of those ones 5-6 years ago that bought into those huge multicolored shadow palettes that O.G. beauty gurus swore up and down about. I have no other BH products to compare this palette to, but after a wonderful experience with this product, I can't say I'd be against trying something new in the future. I have been eyeballing this and this.

Look 1: I wear this look all the time. It takes no time at all!

Face: Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Foundation in Fair Sand , Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer in Fair (used in every look) , Second lightest highlight on cheekbones & nose, Milani Romantic Rose Blush

Lips: Bite Beauty Date

Look 2: This look was my least favorite. Perhaps it was my choice of wee hours of the morning light usage?

Face: Revlon Colorstay in Buff , Lightest highlight shade on nose and cheekbones Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed

Look 3: Another day of really bad lighting. Luckily for me, the poring down rain was to blame that day. So I went for a no makeup makeup look that day.

Face: Revlon Colourstay in Buff, LOTS of the second to lightest highlight shade.

Look 4: I loved my eyes this day.

Face: Revlon Colorstay, Milani Romantic Rose Blush. second lightest highlight shade

Lips: Lumiere 2

Look 5: Just to prove the highlighters double as eye shadows

Face: Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation in Fair Sand, Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer, Sephora Tranquil Blush as a Contour, Milani Romantic Rose Blush, Lightest Highlight on face

Lips: Bite Beauty Fig

Limiting myself to only one palette was a learning experience. I feel as if the very best palettes are ones that give you optimal flexibility and allow you to create dramatic and barely there looks. My only negative thing to point out about this palette is it's packaging, but for the price I can hardly complain. Have you tried out the Carli Bybel palette from BH Cosmetics?

Check out Stephanie's looks!

**Please excuse my brows. I am aware of their craziness. I'm trying my darnedest not to tweeze or cut them, because I want to look primitive. haha #sorrynotsorry
