Fashion Friday: Warm & Cozy

October 10, 2014

Why Hello, and thanks for taking time out of your busy Friday to stop by. It's pretty chilly today in the "Heart of it all," state so I felt like it was just the right time to bust out this lovely find.

Let me start by stating that I am deeply saddened by the fact that I have no idea where this vest is from. In a horrible "I'm too bloated to go shopping," shopping experience, I saw this hanging by the entrance, as I was stomping my way back to my car. It was just the right piece to turn my frown upside down. Seriously though, don't try to go shopping when it's that time of the month. What was I thinking?

I feel like I'm being hugged by a bunny rabbit. It's amazing how warm this thing is even without anything covering my arms. It's about 45 here, and this thing keeps me very cozy. My plaid top has a bit of sentimental value. Almost exactly a year ago we took gender reveal/ maternity photos at the park. After my closet clean-out this was one of the tops I just couldn't part with. Since it hasn't been touched this season, I thought it would love to cozy up to this faux fur vest.

She loves the Boo Beanie Baby Joshua bought me 3 years ago when we met.

In baby updates, she is now obsessed with sucking on her tongue. (Left photo). It's hilarious actually. She will do it while she's concentrating or crawling around.
Her top and jeggings are both Jumping Bean by Kohls. I've mention before that Jumping Bean is one of my favorite brands. The quality is unreal and the clothing keeps it's color so well.
The band of her bow is from Claire's, my cousin made the actual bow. I believe her socks are from Target.
I'm already envious of her eye brow arch. (;

Smile at someone today!
What are your weekend plans?
